We would like to inform you that, in order to enhance the functionality and security of our wallet services, BTCC will be conducting a wallet service upgrade from May 27, 2023, 02:00:00 (UTC+0) to 04:00:00 (UTC+0).

During the upgrade, the following services will be affected:

BTC and LTC deposits and withdrawals will be temporarily suspended.
However, during the upgrade period, you can choose other currencies for deposits or withdrawals. This upgrade will not affect the deposit services of other currencies.

After the upgrade is completed, your previous BTC and LTC deposit addresses will be replaced with new addresses. Please take note of the following:

Once the upgrade is completed, visit the deposit page on our app or web platform to obtain your new BTC and LTC deposit addresses.
If you have saved your previous BTC and LTC deposit addresses on other exchanges or wallets, please update them with the new addresses after the upgrade.
If you continue to deposit cryptocurrencies to your old BTC and LTC addresses after the upgrade, it may take up to 7 business days for asset recovery, and any associated costs will be borne by the user.
